Challenge

The homeowner noticed stair step cracks in brick veneer on the exterior and a space between the foundation wall and actual bricks. The floor in the living room sloped towards the front corner by at least 1 1/2''. The homeowner knew they had a structural failure of the foundation and footings that had to be repaired ASAP, as they were looking at refinishing the exterior of the home and knew they would never be able to sell the home with this problem.

Solution

Excavation to the footing and install 8 Foundation Supportworks 288 Push Piers to permanently stabilize the foundation and lift home back to its original position as when it was built.
