Foundation Repair Case Studies: Huntsville Concrete Patio

Challenge

Cottage owner had a concrete patio (slab thickness approx. 6") overlooking  lake that had been poured after construction of the cottage. Soils it was poured were fill soils and were causing settlement of slab and pulling away from cottage. Access to site difficult due to fact patio was on lake side and extensive landscaping, slope, septic tank and mature trees. Difficult for machine.

Solution

Install 10 Slab piers to lift and stabilize concrete patio slab.
