Challenge

Home owner was having repeditive problems with garage foundation heaving from frost in winter and settling in summer. This caused the bricks on garage to have to be repaired year after year. He was concerned that this movement would cause serious and possibly permenant damage to the foundation.

Solution

Engineered Frost Protection on the inside and the outside of garage was installed to prevent frost heave, additional drainage around garage was installed and Push Peirs were installed to prevent any settling of foundation.
