Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This garage was once heavily affected by Frost. The foundation was repaired and protected from future damage, and the structure was straightened.

This customer in Wasaga Beach, ON, was looking to purchase a home. However, the foundation of the home was settling downward. The buyer could not make a decision on whether or not to buy the home without having a permanent solution. After doing some research, he contacted Clarke Basement Systems and set up an appointment with System Design Specialist, Rob Malcomson.

Rob came up with the solution was to install our patented Push Pier System in order to permanently stabilize the home, making him confident in his purchasing decision with a warranty to guarantee the safety and stability of the house. A home in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, had waterproofing issues that caused the owner to call Clarke Basement Systems. During the inspection, Robert Langton, our inspector, found that the corner of the house had sunk.

Shane, Luke, and the team replaced the old sump pump to protect the inside of the home. Then, to fix the sinking area of the house, they installed PushPiers against the walls after excavating with a hydro-vac truck. This solution permanently stabilized and lifted the foundation. 

The customer is happy knowing we could fix the problems they did not think they had. This system protects the basement from flooding and stabilizes the home. They have peace of mind and can maintain the value of the house for future resale value. 

This basement in Port Perry, Ontario, had an alarming back wall. The homeowners were living in fear of the house potentially collapsing. Port Perry is close to the water, so much of the soil is moist, causing it to shift and expand over time. Expanding earth often pushes into basement walls causing them to warp and cave within themselves. The homeowners wanted to fix this problem once and for all, so they did some research and found Clarke Basement Systems. We sent our System Design Specialist, Chris Luke, to examine the wall in person. He noticed that the wall was in a state that it could cave in, but we have the products that can fix it permanently. He quoted our homeowners and handed off the information to our Installation Specialist, Dave Jackson, who will come to the home later that week. 

Dave arrived at the job site with the products and went straight to work. He only needed our PowerBraces™ to complete the job and less than a business day. After the measurements and the beams were brought into the house, it was time to begin the work. First, Dave installed the lock at the ceiling and propped up the beams to fit between the floor and top. He then drilled the base into the bottom and connected all the joints that would allow him to crack the beam tight against the wall. The work was done effectively in that it did not interrupt the homeowners, and Dave managed to get the job done sooner than scheduled.

A home in Pefferlaw, Ontario needed a foundation repair and to permanently stabilize an interior chimney mass that was sinking and pulling the house down. The lift was accomplished and customer was completely satisfied with the result.
