Crawl Space Repair Case Studies: Cottage Crawl Space in Trent Lakes

Challenge

Customer had a crawl space at their newly purchased cottage that was wet, musty and damp. There was some wood rot from the constant moisture. They wanted to make the space healthy as they wanted to keep cottage for a long time and didn't want it to get worse.

Solution

Installed the Smart Sump to deal with water seepage and Upright SaniDry Basement Air system to dry, filter and circulate the air. We installed the Cleanspace Encapsulation System to isolate the cottage from the dirt floor. Customer is then fixing rotted floor joist and beams and is then spray foaming the walls to seal off outside air leakage.
