Challenge

Customer had a dirt crawl space with a loose fitting access door that did not seal very well and open vents. The outside air getting into the crawl space was losing a lot of energy making the floors cold even though there was a furnace and ducts in the crawl space.

Solution

Install Clean Space Encapsulation system to isolate the home from the earth, Sani Dry CX to condition the air and a TurtL Crawl Space Access. Now there is no musty smell from the dirt floor and customer will save energy with the better sealed access into the crawl space.
