We are so very pleased with the encapsulation of the crawl space ( place looks brand new what a difference) with Clarke Basement Systems & yourself. Ryan- we feel much better about everything & getting this finally done & you made all this happen for us.( much appreciated we could start the job earlier before the snow flies & ground frozen) Thank you for being such a great Rep. & answering all my questions with my ten million emails back & forth & some phone calls from start to finish of the job.( you were always on top of them- pleasure dealing with you) Pleasure dealing with all of you- Lucio was wonderful explaining everything as they where going along & showing us all the process involved of many layers - covering on the earth, floor & wall installation, vapor barrier, special tape & installation foam & all the details.( process is really something alot of hard work done to perfection here) Lucio & his team Stephan & Connor all very personable- took great pride in doing such a great job & you could really see the results in the end. Stephan who worked on the the discharge hose brought out thru furnace room walls (attached in a couple places to the wall looks nice & neat & then out thru the brick) dug the long trench was another big job did also a great job. Where you had suggested orginally worked out really well 20 ft.( think was around ) plus few bricks that they set again, out from the edge of my garden bed & then runs along to the grass area which is all sloping down away from the house.( perfect) It looked great my husband picked up some more of the little grey stones just for final finishing touch.( which they put on top as well) You where right you would never even know that it was done.( even the winter guard that keeps it from freezing & bit of top of heated line does not stand out nice & clean with also some stones around them plus the patio stones)  Plus everything was all reviewed again with the Sump Pump system & Aprilaire Dehumidifer & showing us everything again for a last inspectation & how everything works.( plus all other little details to check) They even cleaned up spotlessly after them. Lucio, Stephan & Connor all went beyond the call of duty! Excellent work!! It is lovely to know our home will be moisture free & we will breathe much better quality air with a healthy crawl space. I would highly recommend Clarke Basements to any homeowner who is looking to have both a dry free basement & having a healthy Home.
