We had our basement done by Clarke in 2008. We use to have water continually coming into our home with spring thaw and rain storms. Since 2008 we have never had a problem. As a testament to the submersible sump pump, we had never in 12 years had it serviced. After 12 years of continuous hard work, our pump needed to be replaced. As I understand pumps normally fail from 8 to 10 years so to get 12 years out if a high quality pump that was not serviced was amazing. Our service representative was very knowledgeable, assessed everything including humidity level if basement and made suggestions. He came prepared with a pump and replaced. Everything only took 1.5 hours. Service and product quality is excellent.
