Clarke Basement Systems were great. It did take several weeks to get someone out to do the quote, but when Rob came he was great and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining things and answering questions both during the visit (which was several times longer than other companies) and afterwards. Even though Clarke Basements has one of the best reputations, their knowledge of the problem (being condensation, not leaks or groundwater) led them to design a solution that was several thousand dollars lower than what the competition quoted. Encapsulation by José and his team was fast and friendly. Looking forward to a mould-free home!
