Your team was in yesterday and although we have not yet had a chance to test your new system (we will on Thursday), Julie and I wanted to reach out and tell you how impressed we were by your team.
Not only were they thorough with what they did, but also left us with a feeling of "Do it right the first time". They went over and above I am positive of that in the laundry room area.
