On the appointment date the crew, led by Gary showed up on time and were great. Gary and his crew were very professional and Gary went out of his way to explain everything that was happening and how the systems work together to protect our home. As they worked over the next few days Gary and Ali worked long hours over the weekend to complete the job. They laid hallway runners before every workday and kept the basement and hallways as tidy as possible.
