I am very pleased with the professionalism taken to complete the entire project.

The inspection by Jarod M. was completed at the scheduled time which allowed us to pursue other other activities on the same day. Jarod was very clear in his instructions of what I should remove from the wall before repair work could begin. He described the work involved very clearly.

Also, the actual repair work completed by Matt T., was completed somewhat ahead of schedule, again freeing us for the remainder of the day. I was out playing hockey and expected to be home before the work was completed. There was no work truck in the driveway when I arrived and expected to hear that there was a delay. However, my wife described how well the repair job went, and Matt had already departed. A far cry from other service calls for major appliance repairs we have experienced in the past.

And lastly, the courtesy afforded us by the office staff.

All in all, very satisfied with the work, and the cost.
