Identifying the Crack
sometimes cracks form due to natural soil settlement, as well as concrete drying over time. These are normally not a threat to your foundation but should be monitored and inspected as they can allow water to flow through and potentially make the crack larger.
Sealing the crack
A small section under the crack is opened to place our patented WaterGuard®, then the sealant is put on the crack, and an additional layer of foam is placed on top to direct moisture back down to the ground. Finally, it is sealed off again with a top coat.
The second line of defence: a second drainage component
Our patented WaterGuard® sits below the crack as a backup in the 5% chance water gets through the FlexiSpan®
