Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing System and New Floor Needed for Client to Finish Basement in Brampton, Ontario

Renovating your home to sell is an exciting time. You get to let your creative juices flow, creating a home that gets top dollar on the market. A customer in Brampton, Ontario, had just finished renovating the main floor of her century home. She was ready to move on to finishing the basement but knew the space needed to be waterproofed first. She decided to reach out to Clarke Basement Systems for a permanent solution. System Design Specialist Chris Tunney met with the client and thoroughly inspected her home. Chris determined that the customer also needed a new floor to finish the basement on top of a waterproofing solution. Foreman Lucio Flores and his crew, Installation Specialists Dymytro Bohatyrov, Russell VanderMeulen and Alan Murphy, started by installing our WaterGuard® Drain System around the perimeter. ThermalDry® Wall Membrane was used to encapsulate the walls while providing R20 rated insulation. To remove any water from the space, our crew established a SuperSump® Pump System. Lastly, our team removed 300 sq/ft of her existing floor and repoured a smooth, level floor. The customer was blown away by each step of the process with Clarke Basement Systems. Her basement is ready to finish with a new floor and waterproofing system, and the value in her property has already increased.
