Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Quick Fix for Water Leaking in Tenants home, Barrie, ON
A townhouse in Barrie, Ontario, had water entering the back corner of the basement wall. The basement space was rented out to a tenant. The homeowner did not want the problems to get worse and the tenant was not able to use the space due to the water entry.
The homeowner called Clarke Basement Systems to fix their problem. They talked to Rob Malcomson who figured out the water was entering through a large crack in the wall. He explained everything that would be done to the home to waterproof it. Ali Fereidouni and the team came in to install FlexiSpan on the wall where the water was seeping through. The owner was happy about the warranty and the tenant was happy to be able to use space again without issues. Now the home is protected from leaks and is no longer an issue for the owner or the tenant.
