Challenge

A home in Bolton, Ontario had a crack in the poured concrete foundation wall and was preventing the homeowner from finishing the basement. When it rained, water would leak through the wall and end up on the floor in a puddle. The homeowner needed this to be be dealt with before any renovations were started.

Solution
