Challenge

This customers basement was a finished space prior to discovering an issue that had been going on for some time. Slow water seepage in multiple spots had contributed to damage to the subfloor and lower walls. Being a part of the home that was used full time, options were needed to fix this permanently.

Solution

Clarke Basement Systems installed a full perimeter system catching any water entering from hydrostatic pressure either from beneath or along the walls. This was achieved with the installation of WaterGuard in the floor, CleanSpace on the walls, and a TripleSafe Sump system. This customer was able to finish his basement space with confidence again, knowing his basement was protected with a transferable warranty.

This pump was completely exposed in an open pit in the basement floor, causing it to function incorrectly and ineffectively.

This basement is bare after removal of the affected wall. Next, we install our full waterproofing system.

Installation of WaterGuard and CleanSpace.

Our TripleSafe Sump system will keep this basement dry and send moisture outside and away from the house.
