Challenge

The end unit in a social housing complex had water coming into the basement on a regular basis. After many attempts to fix this problem in the past the customer turned to Clarke Basement Systems for a guaranteed fix! 

Solution

We installed a full perimeter WaterGuard System to manage the ground water seepage. We also added the SuperSump to collect the water and discharge it away from the foundation of the house. The water heater and furnace had become a slight obstacle while doing the installation but Clarke Basement Systems finished the job successfully!
