Challenge

Our Customer had a basement that got wet EVERY spring and was fed up with the seepage. There were cracks in the blocks, indicating structural issues. Excavation was not an option as the worst wall had a septic tank and tile bed in that location on the exterior.

Solution

We Installed a full perimeter Waterguard System with a 25 yr Warranty and Powerbraces to permanently stabilize the bowing wall, and keep our customers basement dry. They were ecstatic!
