The cottage owner had sagging beams and high humidity in his crawlspace, and as a result, they were having a tough time selling it. He spent over two months looking for someone to do the repairs with no success. After thinking it was a lost cause, he attended the Fall Cottage Life Show in Mississauga, where he found Clarke Basement Systems.

Solution

SmartJacks were used to supply support of the beams. And the crawlspace was encapsulated with CleanSpace to control the earth moisture and a SmartSump was installed to control the ground water. The result was a incredible as they no longer had sagging beams or high levels of humidity! Now our customers will be able to sell this property no problem.
