Challenge
After a mid winter thaw, our customer was concerned when he discovered water on the floor of his basement. Not knowing where the water was coming from, he became worried about the potential result if not repaired.
Solution
After a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of the basement, it was determined that the water entry was coming from a simple crack in a poured concrete wall. The structural integrity of the home was sound, which was a relief to our customer, as it was their biggest concern. A FlexiSpan crack repair system was installed to stop the water permanently.
