Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: Woodville Wet Basement

Challenge

Older home built in 1959 in the town of Woodville that has had ongoing seepage into the basement for years. Digging from the exterior not even an option as not only it would not work to solve the floor wall joint seepage and water seepage from through cracks in the floor but there was also an existing sunroom built on the front of the home which would need to be moved or demolished if digging would even work as a solution.

Solution

Interior full perimeter WaterGuard system installed in the basement to give the homeowner a 25 yr Warranty that the home would be free from groundwater seepage and connected to a Supersump water removal system to deal with the water.
