Challenge
Area under front porch (cold room) was damp, wet and musty. They did not use it to store anything important for many years.
Water ran down driveway towards garage and into garage during heavy rains.
Solution
Cold room sulotion, which involves, installing styrofoam insulation on foundation walls and concrete ceiling. Intalling CleanSpace water proofing membrane on ceiling and foundation walls with WaterGuard interior perimeter drainage system and TripleSafe sump system with battery back-up.
Installed Exterior TrenchDrain in front of garage doors and drained it below grade weel away from garage.
