Challenge
Our customer had a finished basement that was ready for a face lift, the customer called Clarke Basement Systems before refinishing the basement as they wanted to be absolutely sure that the whole basement was going to be a dry and warm space for his family to enjoy.
Solution
Clarke Basement Systems came in found the issues, proposed a permenant solution of a full perimeter Waterguard System with a SuperSump, this system coupled with our Thermaldry Wall Membrane (which reflects 97% of the heat back into the basement). Since being completed this basement has been finished as a great space that is a warm and dry environment.
