Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: Beautiful Cold Room Waterproofing in Oshawa, ON

Installation Foreman Don Clarke started an encapsulation process by insulating the exterior walls and ceiling. Next, our CleanSpace® wall membrane was placed on all four walls to stop moisture intrusion. On the ceiling, we installed a white vinyl, delivering protection and brightness. To finish, the team installed our FloodRail drainage system around the perimeter with our SmartDrain®, to ensure water issues will never come about in years to come.

The room is now a completed, gorgeous cold room that is free of musty smells and moisture, giving the whole basement a finished feel!
