Water Seepage Postpones Renovation in Markham, Ontario

A customer in Markham, Ontario, was looking to remodel her basement. It was time for a change, but she wanted to deal with her water seepage issue before going ahead with the reno. Looking for a trusted and proven company, she reached out to Clarke Basement Systems.

System Design Specialist Ron Monk met with the customer and inspected her basement. He took her needs into account and designed a system to keep the basement dry.

Foreman Lucio Flores and his crew worked hard waterproofing the basement. A full perimeter of our WaterGuard® Drain System was installed throughout the basement. The customer chose to go with spray foam for insulation. We then covered the walls with CleanSpace® Drainage Matting to effectively move water down to the drain system.

The customer can’t wait to start her renovation. She’s thrilled that her basement is dry and is happy knowing her home is protected.
