Waterproofing Systems and Updated Sump Pump in New Lowel, ON

A home in New Lowel, Ontario, had constant water seeping into the basement. The baseboards were becoming damaged, and the homeowner had to tear half the wall out and keep fans blowing on the area to attempt to keep it dry. 

The customer called Clarke Basement Systems to find a permanent solution to the problem. Rob Langton explained everything. Jose Martinez and the team came in and installed CleanSpace® wall membrane on the wall to capture any moisture and water and direct it into the newly established WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drain around the perimeter of the basement. It will lead the water into the freshly installed TripleSafe™Complete Sump Pump System that replaced the old sump pump that was no longer doing the job. 

The customer is satisfied knowing the basement will be dry and healthy, and they don't have to waste time trying to find ways of temporarily fixing it. This space now can be used and renovated in the future.
