Waterproofing Lionel's Pony Farm & Petting Zoo in Stouffville, ON

A home in Stouffville, Ontario, needed waterproofing in the basement. This home was on the property of Lionel's Pony Farm & Petting Zoo. Water would leak into the basement through the old homes foundation and make the basement damp and smelly. The homeowner had many responsibilities to attend to on the farm and needed to be sure this problem would be solved quickly and efficiently. 

The customer called Clarke Basement Systems and spoke to Claude Mathieu who ensured the job would not be invasive and finish quickly and correctly. Dave Jackson and the crew came in and installed a WaterGuard® Below-Floor drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. This system would collect any water and moisture that would come in through the foundation of the old home, keeping the basement dry and clean and stop the musty smell.  ThermalDry® wall membrane was installed on all the walls to direct any water and moisture down into the Waterguard and out f the home. The team established a new TripleSafe™ Complete Sump Pump System and SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump System so there would be no flooding. The customer was happy that their basement is now waterproofed and they don't have to worry about future water issues.
