Full Perimeter Water Seepage Causing Reno Delays, Nestleton Station, ON

A home in Nestleton Station, Ontario had full perimeter water seepage in spring thaw and when the snow melts. The customers wanted to renovate the basement in order to rent it out. The floor would be all wet from the leaking perimeter causing the basement to flood and restricting the use of half the home. 

The customer called Clarke Basement Systems to waterproof their home. Chris Luke explained precisely what would be done to fix the problem. Dave Jackson and his team came in and installed a WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drain around the perimeter of the basement. A ThermalDry® wall membrane was mounted on the walls to keep moisture away from the basement and direct any water seepage into the WaterGuard®. The WaterGuard® then pushed the water into the newly installed SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump to avoid flooding.  Lastly, an IceGuard® Discharge Line was established outside the home to protect the system from freezing and breaking.  The customer can now finish the basement and rent it out without having to worry about wet floors and basement flooding. The customer has a Full perimeter waterproofing system with 25 year warranty!
