Sump Pump Required in Ajax, ON

The homeowner of this 60-year-old, block foundation bungalow in Ajax, ON had a fully finished basement that was continually rented out. After a long, harsh winter the Spring thaw began and so did the leaking. The tenants started to notice that one wall, in particular, was water damaged, that a bedroom had water appearing near the wall/floor joint, as well as another area near the stairs.
