Full Waterproofing System in Udora, ON

A home in Udora, Ontario had water coming in from the perimeter of the basement. This water came from a previous failed exterior foundation waterproofing job. There was water seeping in from floor wall joint.  There were obstacles we needed to work around, remove and relocate.so that the homeowner would have a fully waterproofed basement and they could renovate. The customer called Clarke Basement Systems to fix the problem.  We installed a full perimeter Waterguard® Below-Floor Drain, a SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump System that would collect any access water. It would then push it out through the Iceguard® Discharge Line System which is functional in cold temperatures. Lastly, we installed a ThermalDry® wall system to keep any moisture away from the basement. This fix solved the floor wall joint seepage problem with a Lifetime warranty of 25 years. The customer is happy knowing they can finish their basement and not worry about water damage.
