Leaky, Problematic Basement in Rama, ON

A home in Rama, Ontario, was having water issues. The customer called Clarke Basement Systems to waterproof the basement so that it would be able to be sold. There were obstacles in the basement our team had to work around in order to get the best waterproofing results. We installed a TrenchDrain™ around the hot water tank to protect the basement in case the hot water tank were to ever leak. We were careful and successful with the installation and the customer was very happy.
