About 3 to 4 years ago we had some water in the basement and connected with Clark Basement Systems to do some internal waterproofing and at the same time installed a sump pump. From the first point of contact throughout the entire project we have not but praise to heap on Clarke Basement Systems as they did exactly what we were quoted for and the quality of their work it standing up exceptionally well. Following the sump pump installation it was recommended that we keep up with the yearly maintenance much like many of us do with our furnaces. We have always had the same technician Ali who again represents that company extremely well. Ali is always on time, very polite, extremely knowledgeable (he's more than happy to educate and answer any questions with a smile), he's very efficient with his work, very clean and always respectful of everyone's home.
