Very happy with this company. It is SO hard these days to find people to work with who keep their word ! This company does ! They don't abandon you. They keep in touch and they keep you informed. Before, during and after. Very impressed !!! Thanks folks ! :) I have had to wait forever to have a worry free dry basement. My water issue was unpredictable. My space was live-able but we lived cautiously and with "what if's." It is going to take time to gain trust that this system will work because it has been a long time since we have been able to rely on having a dry basement. The warranty and peace of mind from the people that work for this company are priceless! Do it ! Live with a dry basement!

I mostly dealt with Rob and Ambre. Very professional, informative and when I had a concern Rob quickly put my mind to rest, solved the issue in a timely manner with a solution so I wasn't worried for long.
If you try to get ahold of this company after hours, they have an answering service that pages someone to call you ! So impressed with the after hours service !
No surprises, stuck to his word !

I swear my home was built from the rock of Gibraltar! There was SO much dust but it wasn't their fault. My foundation is double the thickness it should be. Nice news for me but not so much for the guys ! They worked so hard at getting the trays in proper ! Everyday they would put up plastic everywhere they could to help keep the dust down and brought the big blower in to help. They took extra steps to help the situation.

Representative Steve thoroughly explained what would happen, why it was happening and took the time to make sure I understood. The price was fair and I was very impressed with the life time warranty! The work has been completed and everything went just as Steve said it would. I recommended your company to my friend ( before I could afford to do mine ) She used your company and was also very happy and satisfied with the work. This only confirmed even more so that I was going to use Clarke to do my basement.
