I liked how informative Bill Wallis was as to what procedure was needed for the leak issue we were dealing with. The installation person was on time and the clean up was great. I have been recommending Clarke Basement Systems. We have had some huge rain falls since we have had the basement fixed and the basement is dry. Thank you for a job well done and everyone we have dealt with has been pleasant and forth coming with information if needed.

What made you choose our company:

The information on the website said that it covered the Durham area. When I called the customer service was prompt and courteous and was very detailed as to what information I needed to have for the representative coming to asses what kind of job was needed.
