Our Overall Service
The 2 + week wait time for your sales representative to look at the job and provide an estimate was far too long. I was tempeted to award the work to two other companies who had someone at my home within 3 days of calling for service.
Call Representative
I was told by my sales representative, after I signed and provided a deposit, that a repair crew could likely be scheduled the following week and that I would get a call withing two days to schedule the work. I didn't actually get called until 5 days after and I had to place calls to the sales rep to find out why I had not been called.
Our Office Staff
After finally getting a call to schedule the work, It was a further two weeks before a crew was scheduled to do the work. My expectation was set for 2-4 days to get the work scheduled.
