One of my best experiences working with a housing contractor. Sales people went out of their way to make it convenient for us to meet with them. They did a really good job of explaining their products. Sometimes the upselling of some of their optional products came across as being unnecessary, but I understand that is an important part of their business plan. The communication at all levels was excellent with multiple phone calls to confirm best booking times, prompt follow-up on all calls and invoicing. The laborer performing the work was confident, efficient, clean and courteous. He found a better fix for our problem and implemented it with hesitation. That was really appreciated. The operation that you are running is very well structured, disciplined and a pleasure to work with. I wish you could do all of my home repairs.
