Robert was well informed, readily understood our issue and underlining problems. He patiently walked us through the installation process and answered our queries well. The video added immensely to our understanding of the product and process. His descriptions and estimations of the time required and appearance of our repaired floor and new sump pump were very accurate. Robert was quick to do a return visit to rectify one small concern.
