Job review from Don & Stephanie in Brechin, ON L0K 1B0 on 05/01/14

All of the work crews have always been superior. Today we had a visit from a young man named Mark. He was highly intelligent and personable. He was a good listener as we explained our situation. Mark discovered our problem and solved it immediately. We also discovered that an animal, most likely a raccoon, has taken up residence in our crawlspace and has made a mess of the clean space. We have arranged with a pest control company to come and clean everything up (after trapping the animal). Mark showed much knowledge of wildlife and problem solving. He refitted the clean space in the area where the animal was getting in and re-taped everything back up. The pump had stopped working because the raccoon had pulled out a tube to get a source of drinking water in his comfortable winter home. Mark re-attached all parts and everything ran smoothly again. We hope that Mark can continue to service our system! His courtesy, knowledge, sense of humor, and openness is refreshing.
