Arrived on time and well prepared for visit to assess & provide estimate. Did not try to "upsell" & willing to understand my budget. Process easier to understand by using the power point presentation
Jose as crew chief, Dan & Michel as the other 2 members were very professional as well as a pleasure to have in the home. They were respectful, cheerful, and amazingly efficient. What hard workers! They also explained everything as they went along giving me "guided tours" as appropriate. I felt very confident that the work was being done as expected by their employer and that the cost was appropriate.
My basement is cleaner than it has been in some time -- the crew even swept the floor and took that away in their garbage. Not necessary but greatly appreciated

Recommendations from 2 others who had work done and were extremely pleased. Note: work completed May 2, 2017. My house is over a high water table so sump pumps had been installed over 20 years ago. We are presently under heavy rain warnings and I am no longer worried about a wet basement -- the new sump pump (now in the appropriate location) has been discharging significant volumes of water, and the previously wet areas are lovely and dry. The basement can be refinished as planned without worrying about possible dampness. Thank you.
