Great experience from start to finish, everyone on the team gave the same level of excellent customer service and demonstrated unwavering customer focus.
Rob was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and on time
They were a bit later arriving than expected, but I live out in the boonies, so that's ok, they were in and out quickly, did a great job of laying out runners to protect the rest of the house and their work was very well done, a professional installation!
No issues or concerns with how my home was left.
What made you choose our company:
Based on quotes from 4 of your competitors, yours was the fairest, allowing me to do some of the work myself, where only manual labour and no expertise was required, which ultimately saved me a lot of money for a bit of time's investment. As well, Rob at no time tried to scare me into doing more than was required, others used scare tactics in order to try to get us to sign up and get the work started immediately.
