Photo Album: Exterior Waterproofing in Toronto, ON
A home in Toronto, Ontario had water slowly entering through the foundation wall. It was seeping in through the side and front wall making the space in the basement unhealthy. As most water leaking situations, the family was uncomfortable and wanted to get it fixed before it got worse.
The homeowner called Clarke Basement Systems and talked to Rob Malcomson, who explained everything that was going to be done to the home. Don Clarke and his team came in and did an entire exterior waterproofing. They installed Liquid rubber on the wall to cover any cracks and leaks, drainage matting on the walls to direct any water away from the home and back into the ground. New weepers were installed on the outside of the home to relieve any pressure against the wall. The Basement is now dry, no water entry!
