September Employees of the Month

Clarke Basement Systems started an Employee of the month program this year! Every month, our staff can vote for the two people they think is most deserving of the award for employee of the month. They choose someone from inside the office and one person who works out in the field. We put a voting box in the two main areas of the office to make sure everyone votes. There is a slip of paper with a spot to put who they nominate and the reason for being nominated. There was great participation from the staff. It was another tough competition between the employees because each team member works extremely hard to deliver the best service to our customers. 

Payroll Administrator Kathy Selby was the winner for office staff Employee of the Month for September. She is a very hard working woman who always has a big smile on her face. She works on multiple different tasks and is always has a positive attitude while doing so. Our staff thinks she is much deserving of the employee of the month for September 2017. 

Installation Foreman Jose Martinez was our second winner for the September Employee of the Month. He works with the crews, always happily assisting the customers with a friendly smile! Our staff thinks he is also much deserving of the employee of the month for September. 

Both employees received a Visa prepaid card for the appreciation of all their hard work! We're so proud of our team!
