Amber joined the Clarke Basement Systems team in 2008 and has held various positions within the company. Starting out as general office help, Amber moved on into a position within the Call Center and in 2013 moved into a Sales & Marketing role. While working in the Call Center, Amber was able to learn various aspects of the business allowing her to lend a helping hand where ever is needed. Amber is currently working within the Production Department to coordinate the installation of our customer's waterproofing jobs with our installation crews. Amber enjoys the daily challenges that come along with scheduling the installations.
Our customer in Leaskdale, ON, was concerned that their pedestal sump pump system would not be able to prevent a possible flood in the basement since the system did not have battery backup.
