Challenge

Kelly & Peter contacted Clarke Basement Systems at the Fall Cottage Life Show. They were tired of having a wet basement every spring and wanted to rebuild it. Before they could renovate their basement, they had to make sure it was dry.

Solution

After review why their basement was having these issue's, Kelly and Peter chose to keep their whole basement dry with a full perimeter WaterGuard System. Next they chose to use our CleanSpace Wall Membrane to cover all the walls and to stop any moisture from defusing into the basement. They then decided to go with the SuperSump system to collect and move the water out and away from the home. Now Kelly and Peter have a clean, dry basement, and can start working on their renovations!
