Challenge
Our customer was worried that his basement space was unhealthy to live in. A family member was planning on living in the finished basement space, but there was a history of water penetrating the front wall of his home. The customer needed the basement to be dry and free of mold. there were a few obstacles to maneuver in the front of the home, and the customer was worried about having to tackle this problem from the exterior. This resulted in a call for an inspector to explore all options available.
Solution
After the inspection, it was concluded that an interior solution with WaterGuard was the most cost effective, and least destructive way to proceed. Patented WaterGuard and ThermalDry Wall were installed by our highly trained crew on the affected floor and wall. This space is now warrantied, warm and dry, and the family is now living in an improved, healthier home.
