No one wants to discover a wet basement during a renovation, or at all for that matter. But for an Innisfil, Ontario family this was the unfortunate card they were dealt. System Design Specialist Alex Barnik met with the customer and helped them decide on a plan to waterproof the basement, and at the same time relieve their frustrations.
