Last week Luke and Joe repaired a window well in a narrow walkway along the side of my home. Water had previously pooled in the window well and leaked into the basement.  Luke and Joe arrived as scheduled, were very professional and out lined the work they planned to do to resolve the draining issue. Although my narrow property presented a challenging work area, Luke and Joe worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the drainage issue and install a new window well.  I am impressed at how well they cleaned up the work area and respected my neighbours property.  Luke and Joe completed the project exactly as planned.  I am very pleased with their work.  They did a great job and represented Clarke Basement Systems very, very well.
