Challenge

A home in Campbellcroft, Ontario, with many additions was having a hard time keeping dry. After many foundation contractors had done several additions to the home over a couple years made a mess of the drainage around the house. The customer called Clarke Basement Systems to give them a permanent fix to their wet basement.

Solution

A simple solution of WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter floor of the basement was installed. The water will now run through the drainage system and out, away from the home. Now the customer can completely and fully enjoy the additions of their home.
