Challenge

This customer was faced with a few problems with their original window well set up.

#1. Everytime it rained the window well would fill up with water and water would run into the house

#2. This window was deep and very close to the patio so there was always a fear someone would fall in.

#3. This window well was ugly from the inside and the outside!

Solution

This window and well were not installed properly in the first place so our installation team had to excavate the well right down to the bottom of the footing. Once excavated proper drainage was installed to prevent the well from backing up. The customer was very unhappy with the appearance of the old grey metal well so we swapped it out with one of our signiture window wells.
